Postnatal & Early Parenting

Optimizing Fertility

How can I prepare for the post-natal and early parenting experiences before my baby is born?

  • Know what to expect such as early infant care, breastfeeding/bottle-feeding options, personal and professional lifestyle changes, sleep deprivation, bonding, relationship challenges, child care, etc.
  • Determine and co-create with your partner your purpose, values and ideals about parenting.
  • Learn to understand and develop the support you will need-physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually-to feel confident about embracing the new relationship with your child and family.
  • During a Post-Natal Health Evaluation you can focus on solutions to problems.

“Little did I know that unresolved miscarriages and abortions could have so much influence on my ability to conceive and sustain a pregnancy. I never thought I could explore such deep pain on the telephone with someone I never met in person, but working with Carista taught me the power of expressing the truth. I always felt that she was so tuned in to my concerns, and her support and guidance was continually healing and transformational. By the time my twins were born, I was free of the burdens of my unresolved past, and felt well prepared to be a parent.”
